In this sermon, Pastor Lee lays the framework of a Godly legacy and shows us ways we can break the influence and win the battle.

• Definition of Legacy = Legacy is an inheritance transmitted or handed down from an ancestor or predecessor from the past

• Family is God’s conduit for generational blessing (LEGACY)

• Four ways to leave a Godly legacy:

• 1. Start with the end in mind

• 2. Work harder at being “the one” than finding “the one”

• 3. Embrace the fact that marriage and family are the frontlines of spiritual warfare

• 4. Make peace with your past

• How can we win the battle?

• 1. Pray together

• 2. Forgive quickly

• 3. Resolve conflict daily (Ephesians 4:26-27)

• 4. Create environment in home of worship

• 5. Read the Bible as a family

• 6. Put God first in your finances

• 7. Worship God together (church)

• How do we break the influence?

• 1. Call it what it is (sin/wrong)

• 2. Take responsibility and repent of it

• 3. Break it off by declaring blessing in it’s place in Jesus’ name
