What to Expect on Your First Visit

Check in at the Family Check-In, where a friendly volunteer will be happy to help you register your child and answer any questions. 

With our secure check-in system, your child will receive a name tag, and you will receive a pick-up tag associated with your child’s tag. Your child’s name tag includes their classroom and a unique security code. That unique security code is also on your pick-up tag. For your child’s safety, the matching pick-up tag is required at dismissal.

Your child will be welcomed in a classroom with trained, background-checked volunteers who serve in pairs. Each environment is age-appropriate, engaging, and focused on helping kids experience God’s love through play, worship, and biblical teaching.

If your child needs you during the service (for example, for a diaper change), we will contact you right away using the information provided at check-in.

Return to your child’s classroom with your pick-up tag to be reunited. We’d love to hear how your experience was and answer any next-step questions!
