The goal of Radiant worship is to lead people into the presence of God through Spirit and Truth worship. We are called to prophesy with our instruments and voices and be creative and excellent as we lead people to God through our worship.
Below, you will find the steps for our audition process. As you move forward, we would love to hear your experience as a worshipper and how you feel called to use your gifting!

NEXT STEPS
STEP 1:
ATTEND BE RADIANT CLASS
We invite you to attend our Be Radiant Class and complete the Team Radiant Application. After completing the Team Radiant Application, you will receive further instructions on how to apply and audition for the Worship Team. Below, you can find a time and location to attend this class.
STEP 2:
WORSHIP APPLICATION & VIDEO AUDITION
After completing the Team Radiant Application, you will receive an invitation via email to fill out our Worship Application and submit a video audition.
STEP 3:
LIVE AUDITION BY INVITATION
If your Worship Application and video audition are approved, you will be invited by one of our Worship Pastors to do an in-person audition. Upon scheduling, they will give you all the information you will need, including song and expectations for your live audition.
STEP 4:
SHADOW & SERVE
If you are accepted onto the worship team, you will be scheduled to shadow a team member. This will allow you to observe our rehearsal process and ask any questions you may have so that you can be fully prepared for your service. They will also review the expectations and guidelines outlined in our Worship Handbook. Once this meeting is complete, you will be scheduled to serve.
